  • 2 cups Edamame beans in the pods
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Coarse sea salt

Instructions

  • In a pot of salted simmering water, cook the edamame pods according to the directions on the package. Once cooked drain well.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and coarse sea salt before serving.
