- Creamer of choice
- Sweetener of choice
- Ice cubes
Toast
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Honey plus more for serving
- ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Lemon zest
- 4 slices Your choice of bread
- 4 Strawberries sliced
Brew the coffee then let sit at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator to cool.
Preheat the oven to 400℉ (204℃).
Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, honey, cinnamon, and lemon zest, if using, until it is well combined and looks like custard.
Spoon the custard into the toast. Bake for about 10 minutes until set; top with strawberries and drizzle extra honey on top if desired.
Finish the coffee: Add the ice to a glass, pour in coffee, and add your choice of creamer and sweetener to your liking.
Serve the toast with iced coffee.
