In a non-stick pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef breaking it up into smaller pieces with a spatula. Add in the onion, peppers, garlic, cumin, and paprika. Season well with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Add the broth, raisins (if using), and olives. Simmer until about half of the liquid evaporates, about 10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drizzle the naan with oil. Warm the naan on both sides to a golden brown in the pan. Cut into portions.
Taste and adjust the seasonings however needed. Serve with naan.
