Crispy Garlic Swiss Chard

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 2 cups Swiss chard chopped

Instructions

  • Heat the oil and butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until it just starts to turn golden brown. Add in the swiss chard and sauté until wilted. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
