Creamy Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Israeli couscous
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/3 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the broth and couscous to a simmer. Cook until tender. (Refer to the directions on the package for cooking accuracy).
  • Once tender (most of the broth should be absorbed or evaporated if not drain excess liquid), add the cream, lemon, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until creamy.
  • Serve right away.
