Ingredients

Creamy Buffalo Chicken Salad Rolls

  • 12 Napa cabbage large
  • 8 oz Rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup Cucumber chopped

Sides

  • 2 oz Your choice of block cheese
  • 1 Apple sliced

Chai Tea

  • 2 Chai tea bags

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients as instructed.
  • Mix together the chicken, yogurt, buffalo sauce, and cucumber. Fill the napa cabbage leaves with the mixture and wrap up.
  • Bring water to a boil. Steep the tea bags in water according to the directions on the package.
  • Serve the wraps with apple slices, cheese, and chai tea.
