Cranberry Jelly (optional)

- 1/4 cup Water
- 3 tbsp Granulated sugar or more if needed
- 1/2 cup Fresh cranberries You can use frozen cranberries also
Place water, sugar and cranberries in sauté pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Continue to cook and reduce down to a syrup-like consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Mash up with a whisk to serve chunky or place in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate to cool.
Serve cold. Can be made well in advance and stored in a container with a tight fitting lid for 30 days.
