Corned Beef Panini Wrap

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 Tortilla wraps
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese
  • 12 oz Deli corned beef sliced thin
  • 4 oz Sauerkraut
  • Nonstick spray
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini grill, george foreman style grill, or if using the oven preheat to 350 degrees.
  • Spread the dressing on the wrap, layer with cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut. Fold in the ends and roll up.
  • Lightly grease the panini style grill with the nonstick spray. Grill the wrap for 3 - 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wrap is crisp. (or place the wrap on a baking sheet seam side down and bake for 4 - 6 minutes).
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
