- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp White vinegar
- 1 cup Green cabbage shredded, (or use cabbage mix)
- 2 Tbsp Carrot peeled and shredded with a box grater
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise or more if needed
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar and vinegar until the sugar dissolves. Add in the cabbage and carrots and mix well.
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then drain the vinegar.
Mix in the mayo and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
