Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 cup Green cabbage shredded, (or use cabbage mix)
  • 2 Tbsp Carrot peeled and shredded with a box grater
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise or more if needed

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar and vinegar until the sugar dissolves. Add in the cabbage and carrots and mix well. 
  • Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then drain the vinegar.
  • Mix in the mayo and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
