Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup White rice rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Sweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  • Rinse the rice well, and drain; Season with salt and pepper prior to cooking. Follow the directions according to the instructions on the package to cook the rice.
  • Once the rice is cooked, drain any excess water if needed. Stir in the coconut milk. Cover with a lid and let sit for 5 minutes or until ready to serve. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
