Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). While the oven is heating, prep ingredients.
Prep fruit and slice the croissant per instruction above.
Make the croissants: Place the chocolate between the two halves of the croissant. Place the croissant on a baking sheet and heat in the oven until warmed through and chocolate is melted, about 3 to 5 minutes. While baking, make the coffee and the papaya.
Make the coffee according to the directions on the coffee maker.
Fill the papaya with diced avocado and add a squirt of lime over the top to your desired taste.
Serve: Transfer the croissant to a plate. Enjoy with papaya and coffee (with milk and sugar if desired).
