Ingredients

Dark Chocolate Croissant

  • 2 Croissants
  • ½ cup Dark chocolate

Kiwi Banana Avocado & Chia Seeds

  • 2 Kiwis peeled
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 TBSP Chia seeds

Coffee

  • Coffee brewed to your liking
  • Creamer to taste
  • Sweetener to taste

Milk

  • 16 oz Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Warm croissants: Slice the croissants open without cutting all the way through. Place on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Assemble croissants: Spread melted chocolate inside each croissant and drizzle remaining chocolate over the top.
  • Prepare coffee: Brew and prepare coffee to your liking.
  • Serve: Serve the chocolate croissants with fruit, coffee, and milk.
