Chocolate Croissant

  • 2 Croissants
  • 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate

Fresh Fruit

  • 2 cups Fresh fruit e.g., strawberries, banana slices, or pear slices, washed and prepared as desired

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Warm croissants: Slice the croissants open without cutting all the way through. Place on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5–6 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate: Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  • Assemble croissants: Spread some melted chocolate inside each croissant and drizzle the rest over the top.
  • Prepare coffee: Brew coffee and add creamer or sweetener, if desired.
  • Serve: Serve croissants with fresh fruit and coffee.
