Ingredients

Half Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese

  • 1 Your choice of bagel sliced in half
  • 4 TBSP Vegetable cream cheese

Chili Oil Scrambled Eggs

  • 1 TBSP Chinese chili oil
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Fruit

  • 1 cup Fresh fruit e.g. mango chunks, banana, or blueberries

OJ

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients as instructed above.
  • Toast the bagel halves in a toaster or grill pan until golden brown. Spread vegetable cream cheese evenly on each half and place on serving plates.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add half of the chili oil and red pepper flakes. Swirl to coat the bottom of the pan.
  • Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, pour in the beaten eggs and gently scramble with a spatula until just set, about 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Divide scrambled eggs between two plates. Drizzle remaining chili oil over the eggs. Serve with toasted bagel halves, fresh fruit, and orange juice. Enjoy!
