Chili Lemon Baked Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
  • 1 ¼ tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 6 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 1 lb Tilapia filets
  • 4 slices Lemon

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour it over the tilapia on a foil-lined baking tray.
  • Bake the fish for about 10 minutes at 400°F, to an internal temperature of 140°F using a thermometer. (Baking time will vary based on your fish fillet thickness.)
  • Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
