Instructions
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken, onion and garlic to pan; saute for 3 minutes.
Stir in the broth, chipotle sauce, cumin, cocoa powder, and tomato paste. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally until the sauce becomes thick and rich. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro leaves.
