Equipment

  • wooden skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless cut into bitesized pieces
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh cilantro minced, plus more for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the chicken and set aside for 10 minutes or longer if desired.
  • For the sauce: whisk all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium heat.
  • Thread the chicken onto the wooden skewers.
  • Grill the skewers on both sides until nicely charred to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer.
  • Drizzle with sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
