Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Cook noodles: Boil noodles in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Make sauce: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
Cook chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Stir-fry chicken until browned. Remove and set aside.
Cook vegetables: Add onion, bell pepper, carrots, cabbage, and garlic for 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.
Combine: Return chicken to pan. Add sauce, stir-fry 1 minute. Add noodles, toss until combined. Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Garnish with scallions.
Steam broccolini: Steam broccolini over boiling water for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare drink: Mix coconut water with lime wedges.
