12ozChicken breast boneless skinlesssliced into thin strips
1 Green bell pepperseeds and stem removed and cut into thin strips
1/2Onionsliced into strips
4ozMushroomssliced
4Tortilla wraps
4ozProvolone cheese
4Pickleshalved
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chipotle sauce.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3 - 5 minutes until the outside is golden brown. Add in the peppers, onion, and mushrooms and cook for an additional 4 - 6 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Spread the mayo onto the wrap, layer with cheese and chicken vegetable mix. Fold in the ends and roll up. Place on a baking sheet and put into the oven for 4 - 6 minutes until the cheese is melted. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
