Prepare all ingredients as described above.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Form into equal-sized burger patties.
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to make the sauce. Set aside.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook each beef patty for about 3 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook until your preferred doneness is reached.
Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking and allow it to melt.
Toast the hamburger buns cut-side-down on the grill until lightly golden brown.
Assemble the burgers: spread the sauce on the buns, then layer butter lettuce, tomato slices, a grilled beef patty, and red onion. Top with the remaining bun halves.
Make the mango lassi: in a blender, combine frozen mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
Serve the cheeseburger with carrot sticks, hummus, and mango lassi.
