Prepare all ingredients as described in the list above.
Make the burger patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Form into equal-sized patties.
Make the sauce: In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Set aside.
Grill the corn: Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the corn on all sides until tender, about 8–10 minutes. Spread with butter and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the burgers: Heat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill each patty for about 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook until the desired doneness is reached (Cook ground beef patties to an internal temperature of 160°F / 71°C for safety).
Add cheese (optional): Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt while the burger finishes cooking.
Toast the buns (optional): Place the hamburger buns cut side-down on the grill until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers: Spread sauce on the buns. Layer the bottom half of each bun with butter lettuce, tomato slices, grilled beef patty, and red onion. Top with the remaining bun halves.
Make the mango lassi: In a blender, combine frozen mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
Serve the grilled burgers alongside the grilled corn, with mango lassi on the side.
