Prepare all ingredients as described above.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Form into equal-sized burger patties.
Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard together to make the sauce. Set aside.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the corn on all sides until tender, about 8–10 minutes. Spread with butter and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill each burger patty for about 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook until the desired doneness is reached.
Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt while the burger finishes cooking.
Place the hamburger buns cut side-down on the grill until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by spreading sauce on the buns. Layer the bottom half of each bun with butter lettuce, tomato slices, a grilled beef patty, and red onion. Top with the remaining bun halves.
In a blender, combine frozen mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
Serve the grilled burgers with grilled corn on the cob and mango lassi.
