Prepare all ingredients as listed.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, then form into patties.
In a bowl, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard until smooth. Set aside.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties to your desired doneness, flipping once halfway through. During the final minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
Toast the hamburger buns cut side down in the skillet or on the grill until lightly golden.
Assemble the cheeseburgers by spreading the sauce on the inside of the buns. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, burger patty, red onion, and the top bun.
Combine the sparkling water, lemon slices, and chia seeds. Stir well, let sit briefly, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Serve the cheeseburgers with carrots and hummus, and lemon chia sparkling water.
