Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and place the oven rack in the middle level of the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a large muffin tin; set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, old bay seasoning, and salt.
  • Mix in the milk and butter; stir using a rubber spatula just until moist. Gently fold in cheese and parsley.
  • Scoop the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet or muffin tin. Place into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked in the center and serve. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
