Instructions
Place the carrots in a sauté pan and cover with water. Bring the carrots to a simmer.
Cook until carrots are tender (a fork should slide in and out of the carrots easily without breaking them apart). Then drain well.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir in the carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
