To make the burgers, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Heinz Carolina Vinegar-Style BBQ Sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until fully combined. Form the mixture into patties.
Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for medium. Melt cheese over the burgers during the last minute of cooking.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a pan until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce on the bottom half of the bun. Add the burger patty, drizzle with additional BBQ sauce, and cover with the top half of the bun.
To make the mango lassi, combine chopped mango, yogurt, milk, cardamom powder, and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Serve the burgers with carrot sticks and ranch dressing, along with the mango lassi.
