Prep all ingredients as described in the ingredient list.
Make the Burgers: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, BBQ Sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until fully combined. Form the mixture into burger patties.
Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties on both sides to your desired doneness. Melt the cheddar cheese on top during the last minute of cooking.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a pan until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by placing romaine lettuce and a burger patty on the bottom bun. Drizzle additional BBQ sauce on top, then cover with the top half of the bun.
Make the Mango Lassi: In a blender, combine the frozen chopped mango, plain yogurt, milk, cardamom powder, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Serve the burgers with carrot, hummus, and mango lassi.
