Ingredients

  • 1 medium Sweet potatoes peeled and cut into small chunks
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Butter diced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Place sweet potatoes in a baking dish, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Evenly disperse brown sugar and butter over the top.
  • Bake for about 20 - 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Portion and serve.
