Canadian Bacon, Egg, and Cheese English Muffin

Ingredients

English Muffin Sandwich:

  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Slices American Cheese
  • 6 oz Canadian bacon
  • 2 English muffin halved

Cherries

  • 2 cups Fresh cherries washed

Seasoning

  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of sweetener
  • Your choice of creamer

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Toast the english muffins.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add oil and butter.
  • Crack eggs into the pan and cook until the white begins to firm up, then gently flip over to other side. Place cheese on top to melt. Season with salt and pepper. Then place onto the english muffins.
  • In the same pan, brown the Canadian bacon on both sides. Then place on the English muffin.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve the sandwich with cherries and coffee.
