Cacao Peanut Butter Banana Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter
  • 2 Bananas frozen if preferred
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 2 TBSP Honey or to taste
  • 2 cups Your choice of Milk

Instructions

  • Prep the Ingredients: If using fresh bananas, peel and slice them. If using frozen bananas, simply measure them out.
  • Add the peanut butter, bananas, rolled oats, cacao powder, honey, and milk to a blender. If using fresh bananas, add ice for a chilled smoothie. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  • For a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again until your desired thickness is achieved. Taste the smoothie and add more honey if desired. Blend briefly to combine.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
