Buttered Croissant and Fruit Salad

Ingredients

Fruit Salad

  • 1 cup Cantaloupe cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup Grapes
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Strawberries sliced

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Croissant

  • 2 Croissant halved
  • 2 TBSP Butter use more if preferred

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the fruit salad in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Toast the croissant. Then spread with butter on the inside of each half.
  • Serve the croissant with fruit salad and coffee.
