  • Add in the eggs. Move the eggs around the pan using a spatula until they are firm but still moist and no longer runny. Mix in the cheese and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the eggs on the wrap. Fold in the ends and roll tightly. Cut in half and serve with apple slices.
