  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken sausage and peppers; cook until the sausage is browned and the peppers start to soften.
  • Next add in the eggs. Move the eggs around the pan using a spatula until they are firm but still moist and no longer runny. Mix in the cheese and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the eggs on the wrap. Fold in the ends and roll tightly.
  • In a pan over medium heat, place the wrap seam side down for about 2 minutes until golden brown then flip over and do the same on the other side.
  • Cut in half and serve with grapes.
