Add the chicken sausage and peppers; cook until the sausage is browned and the peppers start to soften.
Next add in the eggs. Move the eggs around the pan using a spatula until they are firm but still moist and no longer runny. Mix in the cheese and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the eggs on the wrap. Fold in the ends and roll tightly.
In a pan over medium heat, place the wrap seam side down for about 2 minutes until golden brown then flip over and do the same on the other side.
