In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix in the cumin, cilantro and lime. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the chicken sausage and tomatoes until the sausage is browned and tomatoes soften. Toast the bread and spread the avocado mixture on top. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
Preheat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat with oil. Add the eggs and move them around the pan until they are firm and fluffy, no longer runny.
Top the toast with eggs and tomatoes. Serve with chicken sausage and blueberries.
