  • Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • In a nonstick pan on medium low heat cook the bacon on both sides until it is crisp. (Reserve the bacon grease for cooking the eggs if desired)
  • Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the reserved bacon grease to the pan. Crack the eggs into the pan. Cook until the whites are mostly set then flip over using a spatula. Cook for about 1 minute until the egg is firm. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Layer the bread with avocado, bacon, cheese, and eggs.
  • Cook on the panini grill until golden brown on both sides.
  • Cut in half and serve with apple.
