In a pot, cook the oatmeal according to the directions on the package. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat half of the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, saute the chicken sausage until no longer pink and cooked through. Add in the tomatoes and saute until they start to soften. Then set aside.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan. Cook until the whites start to set, then give the pan a jiggle just to make sure there's no sticking. Continue to cook over low heat until the whites become firm. Gently flip the eggs over and cook for 20-30 seconds longer.
Top the oatmeal with eggs, chicken sausage, tomatoes, feta, and chives. Serve with blueberries.
