Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blueberries
  • 4 large Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 TBSP Flaxseed meal aka ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups Almond milk (or sub any milk of choice!)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to thin it out. Serve.
  • Serve in a glass or to go cup.
