Prepare the ingredients as listed above.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped chicken sausage and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
Add red onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for another 2–3 minutes until softened.
Pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently until just set, about 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, lime juice. Set aside.
Warm the whole wheat wraps in a dry skillet for 15–20 seconds per side or microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20 seconds.
Spread the wrap with aioli. Portion the egg mixture and black beans onto the wrap. Top with cheese. Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired.
Serve the burritos with a side of fresh fruit and cold orange juice. Enjoy your breakfast!
