**If making multiple quesadillas store the cooked ones in a 200 degree oven to keep them warm until all are done**
In a nonstick pan over medium heat cook the ground beef breaking the chunks into smaller pieces using a kitchen utensil. Add in taco seasoning and continue to cook. Once cooked drain and set aside.
Spread cheese, ground beef, and beans on a tortilla in an even layer and fold in half.
Preheat a nonstick pan over low-medium heat. Add in the oil and quesadilla and cover with a lid. Cook until one side is golden brown, about 2 - 4 minutes and flip over, cooking the other side for another 2 - 4 minutes. Remove from the pan and cut into pieces, serve with sour cream on the side and garnish with jalepeno and cilantro.
Notes
Make your own Taco Seasoning - Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (use what you need in the recipe to taste, save the rest in a sealed container for future use)
