BBQ Pulled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast boneless skinless
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine the brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, ketchup, onions, and vinegar in a baking dish and mix well; add in the chicken and coat it with the mixture. Cover tightly with foil. Cook for 25 minutes to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer. Remove the baking dish from the oven and set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Using 2 forks pull the chicken apart into shreds.
