In a bowl, whip the cream until it becomes firm (use an electric mixer or whip by hand), then set aside.
Add bananas, sugar, and butter to a non-stick pan. Cook over low-medium heat, then stir in the cinnamon and vanilla. Allow it to reduce into a syrup consistency.
Add the milk and oats to a saucepan over medium heat and stir until combined. Cook according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, cover with a lid and set aside.
Heat a pan over medium heat, brown the sausage slices on both sides.
Spoon the bananas over the oatmeal, top with whipped cream, and serve with chicken sausage.
