Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Orange zest
  • 1/4 cup Pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)
  • 3 Banana peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
  • Honey very small amount for drizzling about a 1/4 teaspoon per portion
  • 1.5 cups Grapes

Instructions

  • Add the oats, water, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla extract, and orange zest to a saucepan over medium low heat. Cook the oatmeal according to the instructions on the package.
  • Portion and top with pepitas, banana, cranberries, sliced almond, and a drizzle of honey. Serve with grapes.
