Season both sides of the steak with steak seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place in a shallow bowl and pour the balsamic vinegar over top and coat on both sides. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat a grill or cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Cook the steak to your desired temperature using a thermometer (see below). Let rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze, serve with rolls, and garnish with parsley.
