Baked Salmon
w/ Dinner Roll with butter

- 16 oz Salmon skinless 4 oz portions
- 1.5 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1.5 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 slices Lemon garnish
- 4 Dinner rolls
Heat oven to 400°F.
Arrange the salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet. Rub the salmon evenly with minced garlic and parsley.
Combine lemon juice and melted butter together and pour the mixture over the salmon. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
Garnish with lemon slices and serve with dinner rolls.
