Baked Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Russet potatoes rinsed
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh chives chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake until potatoes are pierced easily with a fork, about 40 minutes (cooking time depends on the size of the potato).
  • Cut the potatoes lengthwise, season with salt and pepper. Using a fork mash the butter into the potato. Top with sour cream and chives.
