Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Cook the turkey sausage until browned and heated to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat until it just begins to shimmer. Crack in the eggs, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Fry the eggs your preferred way, to your desired doneness.
Toast the bagel halves until golden brown. Spread the garlic herb cream cheese evenly over the slices.
Place the microgreens in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Brew the coffee using your preferred method.
Serve the eggs with turkey sausage, half bagel, fresh berries, microgreens, and coffee.
