Baby Spinach Orange Cashew Salad

- 3 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- 4 cups Baby spinach
- 2 Oranges peeled and separated
- 1/3 cup Cashews halved or chopped
Whisk oil, vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
Lay down spinach with mandarin oranges and cashews on top.
Dress salad and serve.
