Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
Prepare the Vanilla Bean Hot Sweet Tea Latte: In a heat proof container, pour hot water over the tea bags and steep for about 3-5 minutes, or according to the package instructions. Remove the tea bags and discard them.
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, sweetener, and vanilla bean pod (split the pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds) or vanilla extract. Heat the milk mixture over medium heat until hot, but not boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove the vanilla bean pod if used.
Froth the milk mixture using a frother, whisk, or French press. For French press method: pour the hot milk into the French press and push and pull the plunger up and down 20 times, or more as needed to create enough milk foam. Milk should double in volume.
Add the milk, yogurt, and açaí to a bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into bowls and top with granola, peaches, strawberries, and pistachio. Drizzle with honey.
