Ingredients

  • 1 cups Canola oil more if needed
  • 1/2 Zucchini cut into 2 inch long sticks, about 3 per portion
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 Egg beaten, or more if needed
  • 1/2 cup Seasoned bread crumbs more if needed

Instructions

  • Heat the canola oil in a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat.
  • Dip the zucchini sticks into the flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs to coat well.
  • Fry the sticks in the oil until golden brown and crispy. Set aside to drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Season with salt and pepper right away. Serve.
