Yogurt Parfait and Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

Pumpkin Spiced Latte:

  • 1 cup Coffee
  • 1 cup Milk (of your choice)
  • 2 TBSP Pumpkin puree
  • 2 TBSP Maple syrup
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream
  • Pinch Ground cinnamon

Yogurt Parfait:

  • 1 ½ cups Yogurt your favorite flavors
  • ½ cup Granola
  • 2 cups Mixed berries
  • 2 TBSP Honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Pecans or walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  • Start by brewing the coffee.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice mix.
  • Whisk the mixture gently until it's well combined and heated through. Be careful not to let it boil.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a serving glass or bowl, start with a layer of yogurt, followed by a layer of granola, and berries. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Top the parfait with chopped nuts and drizzle with honey.
  • Pour the prepared pumpkin spiced latte into mugs.
  • Garnish the latte with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon if desired.
  • Serve the yogurt parfait alongside the pumpkin spiced latte.
