Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Watermelon cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1/2 cup Dragon fruit peeled and cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint chopped
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside or in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Season with salt to taste.
